Do you happen to know which girl laid that egg?
If you do, then, I would give her extra calcium for a couple of days. 1/2 Caltrate.

Tho I've never seen a whole 'normal' egg inside of lash material(congealed pus from infection), I suppose it could happen?
Looks like there was yolk and albumen inside 'lash' and outside of normal egg?

Let's hope it was just a first timer's mistake. Though I've never seen a mistake like that. And my mind is blown with the egg inside an egg thing - my daughter called it a Russian nesting egg, which I thought was very appropriate!
