...Most of the cattle we see are Angus...
Yep it’s pretty homogenized these days...
When I was a young man friends and I would play “name that breed” and “what’s that tractor” when we were driving about country roads...
I had one friend that knew about every obscure cattle breed and another that was pretty good at make and model of tractors within a few years... ( this was before the internet) ...
These days those games are a lot easier.... it seems like angus or black baldies make up 95% of the cattle and Kubota and Deere make up 95% of tractors..

I have a green tractor so I can’t say much on that front...and that same friend runs those black cows these days.... I asked him why he switched to angus and he said very honestly ... “... because that’s what sells...”
