My best guess would be a winch.

I know the first one but I can’t remember the name for it.. so I will fish around in my old memory bank and see if I can reel it in..


The second one has me stumped.. I wish I knew what goes on the strap steel side.. I would guess it clamps to a 2x4. Or work bench...
