This was my dad’s, I just found it the other day...

When I used a saw more often I just did it by eye and never used the file guide...

But I really got a chain out of whack last year, so I think I better try using this again

I'm sure my grandpa probably had one of those. .but he sharpened so many he probably just done it by sight by the time I was hanging around there being the cute window washing gal.

I don’t use the guide either. But I have a fancy one that sits on the bench if I mess them up. It brings them all back to the same length too.

My Dad also always used one.
