That scab can probably come off pretty good after a few days of soaking. Did you read that link I posted for you?

So I need to soak it for Epsom salt, then tweeze the scab off? Then use the Neosporin or the Silver Sulfadiazine?

According to that article the silver sulfadiazine is better at treating very serious infections I’d use it. You can use the tweezers to pull off the scab or just try and pull it off with your finger nail. Once you get the scab off get a pic of what’s inside. More than likely you’ll need the tweezers to get the infection out.

I would stop the silver sulfadiazine and use plain Neosporin, you might get better results, I'm treating one of my chickens for bumblefoot, I used both Silvadine and Neosporin and got better results from Neosporin.

I will try the Neosporin tonight instead of the silver sulfadiazine.

Also try to debride (scrape out the bad tissue) the wound and then soak in epsom salt bath and fill the entire space with Neosporin and gauze and vet wrap. It's important to keep it as clean as possible.
