What is this???

This is a Hen. They're are no Spurs. I checked and double checked. She has greyish feathers around her neck that when she got upset flexed up. Is she an aracauna mix??? If so, mixed with what?

looks like a roo, hackle feathers are real pointy. Do you have any other pics? Would like to see a side view so I can see the saddle feathers. My roo is 8 mo and is just getting his spurs so that is not a definite sign......
also a full body shot would help us figure out the breed

I'd need to see a full body shot to give an under-educated guess. Are you sure she's a hen? Those hackle feathers do look a bit roo-ish, though the comb and wattles don't.

Yes she has a tail. I'm sending my daughter out to take a picture. Hopefully she'll take good ones.

Isn't a good indicator also how the hens act toward them? I had a young rooster and they were very upset. They weren't in the same pen but as soon as I put that rooster in a rabbit hutch near the hens they erupted. When I removed that rooster and put a hen they didn't make a peep. I have this 'hen' right next to the hens and they aren't making a peep.

If you daughter gets a side view shot we can tell you is she/he is a roo or nor . She seems hennish to me . BUt she has wattles so it depends on her age . If she has saddle feathers then its a Cockeral

Thats a mix rooster . Dont know about breed though
