Roo... sorry.
Feathered feet, slight dark on the legs... almost looks like a brahma/ameraucana or cochin mix... But definitely rooster.
Shiny green in the feathers, spiked hackle/tail feathers, all point to roo.

Did someone sell you this rooster as a hen? I would be rather upset and would take it back.

Also, please read the thread on biosecurity. Mixing new chickens in with your current could be a recipe for disaster.

They're isolated from eachother. I didn't put these new hens/rooster in with mine they are in isolation. Yes this is the second time from the same person. The first time I took it back but this time I'm just gonna offer him for free on my local Craigslist and chalk it up as experience...
