What day are you on, and have you seen any signs of life recently? Blotches on the outside of the egg may mean its rotten.

It does not look normal.

Can you post a candling in a dark room from the top picture?

Hatching date was a few days ago. Cracked the eggs open and found loads of quitters. That was my first batch with no hatches. I’m gonna try another few eggs.

If you do not wash the eggs, you should. The incubator needs to be sterilized too

I thought you weren't supposed to wash eggs before incubating!

There isn't anything going on in that egg. Might have started at one time but If hatching day was days ago it's a goner.

It looked like the egg had bacteria in it.

Washing or rinsing eggs in a weak bleach solution can increase hatch rates. Look up how to make a weak bleach solution-- it is not much bleach in the water

There have been studies and hatcheries wash their eggs
