I discover this couple of month ago at the top of chicken coop and trying to clean coop with chlorine every day, I notice that it’s appear much less colony, but every time I came close to the coop, I am covered by this insects. How I could get rid of them? Can they hide on the citrus tree?

Those are red mites. They're a health hazard for your birds.

Against red mites I use a solution of kitchen oil, water and dish soap that I saw in one post in BYC.
At first you have to clean all the coop, bringing out everything and throwing away all the bedding and cleaning very well in all the cracks where they could hide (the better thing is to use a vacuum cleaner). Then spray everything with the solution (2 cups of water, half cup of kitchen oil and two spoons of dish soap) to kill the remaining ones, then I put in the coop new bedding.
Every 3 or 4 days I clean and spray again (you don't need to do it in a very thorough way the other times) until I don't see them more.
