What is this?

My hens havent been laying like they usual. Three of my hens have had this white build up under their vent. I thought it was vent gleet and I added some apple cider vinegar to their water. That was a few weeks ago and nothing has improved. Any advice?

Looks like just a poopy butt.

What are the breeds you have? Some chickens just stop laying eggs in cold weather.

They are Isa browns, I live in FL so its not really cold here yet.
