I got this from an assorted mix from an open top bin. I have a feeling it hopped over. Never seen a naked head chicken. It doesn’t talk or act like a normal hen. The face is the strangest I’ve seen. What is it? Help.

That's a guinea.

Definitely either hopped over or got mixed in by accident -- that is a guinea fowl. It looks like it might be a male, but it's hard to tell with these things.
How old is it, and what sounds does it make? A two-tone "buckwheat" means that it's a female.
