I noticed this bump a couple days ago anyone know what it might be?

Looks like a cyst, but could be a small abscess from a peck. I would measure it and watch if it grows. You could explore it with a sterilized needle to see if it contains solid pus or blood.

It also looks like a possible hemangioma. That is a small vascular tumor, just like a strawberry mark in humans. But time will tell.
