So I have gotten a nice amount of chick's from tractor supply in February. I have 2 that were to be plymouth rock hens. But they do not look the same AT ALL. One is barred nicely already have a nice big comb and wattles. The other... has a very almost nonexistent comb. And barely any wattle. But what's strange is its color. It's very... ashy looking. Almost black/Grey with very little white. I love it all the same just wondering what the deal is?
Give me a few minutes to go chase them down and snap some pictures.

They are the same age. I'm putting them at about 9 or 10 weeks old.

Also I was assured these were both hens. I know that it isn't always 100percent on the sexing. But I'm wondering if the larger comb one is a rooster?

I have no idea what the mottled looking chicken is but it appears to be a pullet. The one that has the larger wattles and comb is a cockerel it does look like a barred rock.

Dark "mottled" is a barred rock pullet. The large comb is a cockerel. The one pictured with the cockerel is a silver laced wyandotte pullet.
