Chirping
This is my new Buff Orpington, which started laying about 3 weeks ago, about 8-9 months old. Comb and waddle are still growing in. A couple of weeks ago, for one night, it got into the single digits outside. Shortly after that cold night, I noticed a black spot in the middle of the waddle about the size of a small screw head. My first thought was frostbite but almost all pictures I've seen of that it's on the edges or points, not in the middle. Now about a week later it seems to have changed shape, and looks different. Any ideas?
