I saw this advertised on Craigslist as a pheasant hen.
What kind is it?

Well then there is something wrong.A hen will not have the peppering black and white on it's breast.The hens is solid brown all the time.Your second male male is roughly 1 1/2 years old.The first amle is maybe 1 year old,maybe a little younger.

tony is absolutely correct. the first bird is a silver hen, the second a juvenile male, and the third a male about to come into his second year color.

Looks like a subspecies of silver, more on the Jone's Silver pheasant.
