What is up with my chicken?

So this isn't really an emergency, and the only reason I am curious is that my girls are at laying age and two have already started. I just didn't know where else to post this. I have one chicken that is the same size and age as all the others, but the comb and waddle seem to have stopped developing several weeks ago. The are still short and pinkish flesh color. Anyone have an idea of what is going on? I've added some pictures, sorry they are blurry but it's the best I could do, this early in the day they don't like to stay still!

She appears to be in great shape. Most likely she is just slower maturing than the others.

Thank you. We have been just watching her and figured since she isn't showing any other signs of illness we would just wait and see. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't an issue that I should be aware of
