She is an "easter egger". Out of 18 chicks 2.5 months old, she is the only one without the long tail feathers. The others are like 6 inches long but her? Nada.
Is it because of the breed she originates from? (Anyone know what that might be?) Or could it be because she was the only one with pasty butt when she was a baby chick? I just worry about her, she's my 2nd fave. ;)

Some chickens just take a while to get their tail feathers in. Don't worry about it. And are you sure 'she' is a 'she'?

She may be in a juvenile molt...or her hatch mates may have pulled them out.
    Agrees, pics might help.
