When I got home my Black Cochin was laying on the ground. It looked thirsty so I gave it a lot of water. Then she layed down and layed out here wings then moved her neck around in a circular motion. I don't know what happened next, caue I came right inside to post this. PLEASE HELP. THANKS p.s. She sleeps under the coop at night. I can't get her out.

First, you need to isolate it so you can observe and protect it from the others. You are going to have to pick it up and assess it for injury.
Also, posting some other basic info to get started will help.
Age, gender, obvious signs of trauma, if it is a hen has it been laying?
How long has this been going on?

It is a Hen.
I don't know how old she is because I bought here saturday.
It hasent laid any eggs at my house.
It has gone on for a day.

keep her away from your other birds. Seriously. Any others you bought that day need to be away from the rest of your original flock also.
Make sure she has access to clean water and is kept in a quiet not too bright place.
I would guess that she had something when you got her and my first fear is that she could infect the rest of your flock. She was likely sleeping under the coop because the others wouldn't let her in when they recognized there was something wrong with her.
Beyond that I wouldn't know what to do but I hope someone with more experience with sick birds can help you.

Can a mod move this to the Emergencies section? Or try editing your original post into the emergency section?

No. The ants are not the problem. I'm not a vet, but my guess is she had some kind of virus before you bought her that with the additional stress of moving she was not able to fight off. Or your birds are carriers of something that she has no immunity for.
If you are new to chickens I think you may be going through the worst lesson in bio-security there is. For that I am sorry.
The next step after isolation is to wait 24hrs and evaluate. Check the condition of your other birds, but wash hands between going back and forth between sick and healthy. Get on the internet and look for your state vetrinarian in case this bird passes away and hopefully you can find out why and have the right information you need for the future.
I'm sorry to sound pessimistic, but it sounds like you are in for a rough week.

Ok.

Her entire body up to her head looks like she's dead. Also, what is she does not die, but she can't walk? I don't know what to do in that situation.

you need to put gloves on and get her away from that flock yesterday, meaning now
call the person that you got her from and tell them whats going on after you get her away from your other birds
i dont care if you have to rip your floor out of that coop
get her away from your healthy flock "NOW!"
