My drake has a feather trying to curl up on each side. Is this anything to worry about? I have a couple of pictures but don't remember how to post them. I have them in my uploads but I don't know what to do from there.

I think I figured it out. You can see the feathers on the duck (on the left) sticking out and curling up.

They have been

like that for several days now and I have really been worried. You don't think he is devoleping angelwing then?

You can delete it by clicking the edit button on the bottom of the post. Are the feathers attached to his wings or are they part of the body feathers? How old are the birds? what % protein feed are they on?

I'll have to check on that tomorrow but I think its right under his wings. They are fenced in almost an acre and eat bugs, worms and 18% protein layena pellets and I throw a little whole corn out for them and the chickens. When I lock them in their pen at night I give them peas in their water. They were a year old the first of this month. Thanks KansasKid.

If its not part of the wing its not going to be angeling, plus it would be late in growth development for that to happen. As far as what it could be, i don't have the foggiest

The duck is to old for getting angel wing, plus it doesn't even look close to angel wing. Just some funky feathers and they will disappear with the next molt.
