What is wrong with his leg??

I've been having to seperate my roosters because I had enough hens but a cats been getting them but they have battle scars on them and I'm pretty sure when they were fighting which was a really bad fight one of my roosters must of got pecked above the eye it's a little lower but no blood looks fine but the leg gots me alittle worried

We don't have enough information here to help... what happened to him? I'm very unclear on if he was injured or got in a fight with another rooster, or a cat? Can you describe his leg and symptoms? A photo would help too.
