What is wrong with my 13 months old hen ?

My hen is just over a year. She recently has watering poops, low appetite, pale face, listless, and she is losing feathers. She also stopped laying. She is one of my flock of 4 hens. About 2 weeks ago, I found a lot of round worms in two pools of droppings on the ground. But I didn't link them to any particular hen. All other three hens are looking health. A few days again, I started put a little aqua-mox into water, tube feeded to her for 2 consucutive days. Her face looks redder. Then i stopped the aqua-mox. Condition seems imporved but now afew days past, she is still look sick. I appreciate any help & suggestion of any medication or remedies.

I am a first time chicken raiser, if I need to take her to a vet, what kind of vet should I take her to? Nearby animal hospitals are all for dogs and cats..

I would worm your flock with a wormer, especially since you saw roundworms in the poop. Safeguard is a good wormer, you can find the dosages on this website!
