what is wrong with my 8 week old pullet

What could bee wrong with this 8 week old pullet? Here is a photo of her poop. She is acting fine except for this. First thing in the morning her poop is just foamy and white. None of the other chickens seem to have this problem. The whole flock was treated for coccidiosos last week when we saw blood in her stool and things returned to normal. I dont know if you can see it or not but there are white watery bubbles in the photo. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ever treated for worms?

I have not treated her for worm but that was my plan for this evening. I have both safegaurd and wazine. I thought I would use the safegaurd ( liquid ) but I am unsure of the dose for such a little one. Also unsure about treating the whole flock ( we have both young and old) if she requires a smaller dose.
