I dont see anything wrong, can you describe something? Is there symptoms or anything? Looks fine to me.

It use to be open I don't know why it's just closed now she won't open it as what I can see

Is it just that one eye? She may have something in it; speck of something or insect bite or it got pricked by something. You may want to get help; wash your hands and try opening the eye to see if there's an injury or something in it. It doesn't look swollen or irritated, you could try flushing it with saline solution.

Microwave a very moist rag for about 20 or 30 seconds. Hold that rag over the eye and gently wipe the warm moist rag from the inside corner to the outside corner in an effort to unseal the eye. Once opened, rinse eye with saline or warm water.
Good news is that I don't see bubbling at the nare or at the eye; I'm guessing either a peck wound or she got something in the eye.

It seel to be itching itself on that eye too just twisting her head and rubbing it on her feather/wing
