Can you look at her back toe on her left foot to see if there has been a string or a hair that has become wrapped around it? Also please post a picture of the bottom of her feet. Do you see any scabs on her toe pads or foot pads? Is her left ankle swollen?

It looks like she may have bumblefoot in that toe.
The scales on that leg are also suspicious for scaly leg mites.
The first thing you should do is soak her feet in a warm epsom salt bath for 20 minutes, then gently scrub the foot and leg clean with a soft bristle toothbrush, blot dry and examine the foot and toe top and bottom.
Post new pictures after the soaking and cleaning for more advice.
