What is wrong with my chickens head!?

The other day I was feeding my chickens and I noticed that my oldest one (she is 5 years old) had a scab sore like thing right near her comb. I don't know how to describe it so here is a photo. I thought it might be a pecking so I looked very carefully when she and the other chickens where walking around. In the past week there have absolutely no pickings. She has also been losing a lot of feathers around the backyard I know there hers beacuse she is the only chicken of that colour. I getting really worried that its something more serious. So thats why I am posting this. I really hope to make her better! (the feather are a photo my daughter took of a few of the feathers)

That looks like feather picking, but that is a place where roosters commonly hold on when they are mating. If you can get a can of pine tar and apply that, it may help to prevent further pecking. But if she is starting to molt, she will lose feathers all over. The pine tar should only be used for a troubled spot that others are pecking, but don’t use it all over for molting. Nustock is another product that can be used as well.

I don't have any roosters. But we do have a turkey coming over sometimes, I didn't think they would do that.

UPDATE- She is getting worse when I pick her up she feels really boney I have been feeding her eggs and tuna so hopefully she is just getting her winter coat

Molting can be a time when they feel poorly, have decreased appetite, and may be more aloof. In late afternoon, offer the high protein treats, so that she will go to roost with a full crop.

When you say she is getting worse - exactly what do you mean?
Is she lethargic, losing more feathers, not eating/drinking, etc.?

She is molting.
The photo of the wing is very good - see what I have an arrow pointing to in red? Those are keratin sheaths, inside of those are new feathers coming in. See the red circles? You can see the tips of the new feathers poking out of those sheaths.
Once those get a little bigger and start to flake, she will preen the sheaths off and the feathers will unfurl.
When a bird is molting they can be standoffish, not eat very good and sometimes they don't feel too good either. Making new feathers takes time and they do need good nutrition too. You may want to offer her some extra protein - mine like eggs, so I usually scramble an egg for them. I also like to give my molters some extra vitamins - do you have any? Poultry Cell is what I give mine.

I notice her legs have raised scales too (next photo). This, to me, indicates Scaly Leg Mites (SLM). Since she is molting, it will be painful to handle her a lot, but the SLM need to be taken care of too. Rub some vaseline into and under the scales of her legs and feet. Do this 2 times a week. Try to really work the vaseline in so it smothers the mites.
