What is wrong with my chicken's nose?

What is wrong with her nostril?? I've tried to scrape it out before but it's hard, like bone. And the little bump at the bottom is like a flesh sac. Her nostril has been blocked for a month or two, but it has gotten worse in the past few days. The bird is perfectly healthy, laying like a champ, eating, raw unfiltered ACV in the water, doesn't sound raspy, good color, and her other nostril is totally fine. Should I be concerned? What should I do?

Maybe its just a deformity if you can't scrape it off.

I recall Seminole wind writing about this same issue so I am including this thread, but in the end, after treating for a fungal infection, she seemed to think it was feed that had gotten stuck in the nose, so she dug it out.
