what is wrong with my chickens vent

hi i have a flock of 10 1 rooster 9 hens i was giving my hens a little chicken check up before i let them free range and i found my rhode island reds vent to be alittle dig i dont know if this is normel but would love any tips thanks

Is the opening large or is the vent bulging?

It looks normal but is just looks bigger I will try to get a photo tomorrow and a better look the feathers are in the way a little
