What is wrong with my chicks eyes?

I just picked up my chicks from the local farm store today and this one little gal has something going on with her eyes. The one eye has opened, after I used a wet warm cloth on it. The other one seems completely stuck? Has anyone seen this before?
I took her out of the brooder because another chick kept pecking at her eyes.

I had an eye issue with my chick from TSC she was 1 of 4 all ill and have passed . I hope she heals.
