what is wrong with my goose's legs?

I don't know if it's too blurry or not but the scales on her legs are coming off and there is new scales underneath..... Is it just dead skin or does she have something wrong? The scales are not lifted up though.

She may be recovering from a case of scaly leg mites. What where her legs like before the scales came off?

How old and is she going through molt? from all I read when they have scaly leg mites the scales are lifted up. She may just be shedding the old and getting the new scales underneath. Does she have a way to bath everyday? you could try letting to stand in a bucket of water that epsom salt has been dissolved in[you'll have to hold her ] but if it's anything to be concerned about the Epsom salt is a good all round soaking agent 1 cup of ES to a gallon of warm water. Don't let her drink the ES water it is also a laxative.

I know that the scales but eventually they will grow back new scales

She's 1 year old and I think she is just starting to molt.... She bathes everyday in a pool. Her legs just looked dry and then they just peeled off like dead skin.

Fortunately that was probably just an annual molt!!
