Agreed. Damage/scabs from sticking beaks through the wire or on a sharp edge of the feeder.
Should heal up ok on their own.

I agree as well. Those type bumps on beaks are sometimes from injury on wire fencing or metal feeders. They should heal eventually. Make sure they are not trying to get through fencing from being run into it, or for reaching through for something they want.
