What is wrong with the wings on my chick?

Let me begin by saying I have no clue what breed or sex this chick is...I have posted pics in the 'what breed forum' but no guesses yet!

So this little chick has always had tiny wings and in the pic they are purple because I sprayed it with Blu-kote since there was a bit of picking but not happening anymore.

However, I'm concerned since all my other chicks have 'normal/full' wings and this one doesn't.

Please send any thoughts my way!

Maybe it is just slow feathering, Brahmas are big bodied birds that often are pretty slow to develop. Feathersite has pictures of Brahma chicks on their page (most are not Light Brahmas) and some of the ones without many wing feathers look similar http://feathersite.com/Poultry/CGA/Brahma/BRKBrChix.html
