Digestive enzymes, probiotics, garlic, ACV, all those are preventatives, not cures.
If the crop issue is due to a yeast infection, only miconazole or other anti-yeast med will work on it. If the crop is impacted, oil, massage, and a stool softener (not laxative!) will work to break up the mass. Chronic crop issues can be caused by a physical problem such as a crop that hangs too low. That has to be treated differently.
