what is wrong with this chicken

I have a chick shes almost all the way into her feathers an yesterday she started falling and dropping her wing. Once I moved her from the others she started improving but still wobbled. She eats and drinks but very dizzy acting when she walks this came on very quickly...any ideas?

Welcome to BYC. How old is she? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Could she have gotten injured?

She is four weeks or so its possible she could have got hurt and she was purchased at farm supply store no meds gives just vitamins she was improving and walking with minor wobble last night just chirppy. Now she is very wobbly puffed up and hanging her wing now and then now she keeps falling over onto her back and can't get up without help then she stands OK again but still unsteady

Take her to a vet.. Or if it keeps happening put her out of her misery.( sorry)

Does she have diarrhea? At her age I might think about coccidiosis, and treating for that with Corid. It can make them weak and wobbly, puffed up, but eventually they may stop eating then drinking. Diarrhea (sometimes with blood) is present. Corid dosing is liquid 2 tsp per gallon of water, or 1.2 tsp of the powder for 5 days. It is found in the cattle med section of the feed store.
