Your hen looks like she has been beaten up. If the other hens attacked her before, then likely this time it was more brutal. See the tell tail signs of blood around the eyes.

If you can, bring her in. She needs to be hydrated, plain water is fine, but if you have electrolytes or poultry vitamins add those to the water. Don't worry about getting food into her at this moment.

Good, if that dosen't help I will be looking for other solutions besides the final one. She dosen't look ready for that, she just looks miserable.

Agree she needs to be separated & brought in to tend but once she's better separate her and the other one that's getting picked on in their own enclosure. You may want to remove the other one getting picked on before it gets bad.

Limping = check under her feet, look for scabs (bumble foot) or injury

Neosporin may be used on Chooks as well. Just make sure it's the kind without pain relief.
Poor poor angel. Take her inside and pamper her for a day then like chicknsnany suggested allow her in coop and keep others out for a day. Maybe they'll treat her better.

She doesn’t have bumble foot. They’re not really getting pick on (she has only been picked on for being weak and this started yesterday). I don’t know why they don’t have head feathers.

Her left eye has opened when I checked her today. I gave her another half a benedryl. I’ll post another update this afternoon.

She has been beaten up, this is why she looks this way at this time. You will want to try to find out why she was weak to begin with.
How long ago did you notice that she was weak? What symptoms did you observe?
When did she last lay an egg, do you feel any swelling, bloat or feeling of fluid in the abdomen?
Check her for lice/mites and monitor her crop to ensure it's emptying overnight.

Flush her eyes with saline to help get the blood and crusts removed. See that she is drinking well.

She has been limping for about a week now. The swelling started yesterday. I can’t tell you the last time she laid an egg, I have 13 hens who all lay when I’m at work. She doesn’t have any swelling, bloat or feeling of fluid in the abdomen. The Benedryl is to help reduce the swelling.
