Here is my Lavender Araucana bantam cockerel. British standard. I'm breeding some mixed chicks from him this year, just to see what pops out and to get some greener eggs.
Hens will be Naked Neck, Marans, Sussex, Wyandotte, Polish, Araucana and Barnevelder. I'm going to get a lot of black feathered birds, with some whites and blues thrown in, which is fantastic.

He is a lovely gentle boy. Great with children and once he got past the teenage hormones, he settled down with the ladies in the flock nicely. So a good choice for temperament breeding.
