What is your average weight?

Just out of curiosity, what size do you get your meat birds to at processing time?

I usually average about 7 lbs. at 8 weeks depending on my supplier (hatchery).

I'm between 5.5 and 7 usually at 8 weeks too.

I butchered the last of my November batch yesterday. (16 wks old) Averaged 8 pounds dressed weight.

Seems like I get around 7lb average.
