Another vote for grapes, watermelon, and yogurt. A half-rind with yogurt and grapes mixed in....happy hens.

Also, safflower seeds. I use them as a lure to get the girls back in their coop after free-ranging.

Hilarious to toss grapes out at them while they are free-ranging!

Ours fight over treaties too---It reminds me of the sea gulls off "Finding Nemo"! I can just hear them saying "mine! mine! mine!" while they fuss!

Mine go bonkers for sardines and cheese, anything protein based get gobbled as fast as chickenly possible followed by the fruit muesli soaked in warm milk ( its winter here) then any fruit, veggies are always left till last.
