What is your experience with Valley Hatchery?

Has anybody ordered chicks from Valley Hatchery in the past? What was your experience? Would you recommend them? They claim to be "no-kill"....what does that mean in a hatchery? Thank you!
EDITED TO ADD: I know what no-kill means. I'm just wondering what you think they do with all those boys.

I haven't used that hatchery, but I found another hatchery that claims to be a "no-kill" and their process appears to be that they ship unsold chicks to "large Amish Farms." IMO, this just means that they don't kill at their facility, but rather have another group raise for meat.

Well yes, I knew that....but where do they go instead?

My guess is that it would mean that they don't kill the boy chick's that hatch.

I've just got my order of baby chicks there. Very happy with them. We ordered 3 and got 4. They all seem to be healthy. (We live in town in a small town; however, we cannot have many chickens because of that, but my daughter needed chicks for her 4H project.) So far: Very happy. I recommend Valley Hatchery!
