What is your favorite color of eggs?

I prefer the invisible eggs! They are the only ones that I have been getting lately!

A few of my Marans lay large eggs, sometimes double or triple yolkers.

Big Red used to do that the last year I had her before she passed. The eggs would be banded, almost constantly and HUGE, like almost twice the size, but she laid consistantly up to the day she had her stroke. I miss her.

I have a bantam EE that lays a pale olive-colored egg. It's not necessarily my favorite, but it's an awfully pretty, and pretty unusual, color. I'd post a picture, but she's currently recovering from molt and here comes the winter. I can't believe I'm gonna have to BUY eggs ... ANY color eggs. {{{ ... sigh ... }}}

Are turquoise eggs what some Ameraucanas/Easter Eggers/Araucanas lay?

My lavender Ameraucana lays the .ost beautiful turquoise eggs. By far my favorite eggs.

I would consider white eggs novel, I've never had a white laying breed. I like speckled eggs but I really don't have a favorite.

Brown eggs with a heavy bloom can appear maroon. I had one like that.
