What is your favorite compost bin and compost ratio for chicken poo?

We really like the el cheapo plastic bins one can get at the Home Depot here for about 30.00 it is good sized and works fast. Easy to move when empty as well and we use 2 of them alternating chicken poop and straw from the hen houses with household stuff and whatever else we come up with to add. We keep it moist and let nature take it's course with occasional turning.

And all our coffee grounds are used as well

I use my coffee grounds I generate from home in the compost bin, and occasionally bring home big batches of coffee grounds form work (we generate ~5 gallons per week). but I am always short on browns and have too many greens. Coffee grounds and chicken poop are green (high in nitrogen). If I had a better source of high carbon brown stuff I could get a ton of coffee grounds from my work...but alas I usually put it in the city's green bin as I don't usually have enough brown stuff.. Leaves will be falling soon and then I'll keep some grounds for myself!
