What is your favorite hatchery?

Hi all! We want to expand the flock soon-ish and researching some hatcheries. There's just sooo many and has my head spinning. So I thought I would ask the good people of BYC! We got our last chicks from TSC but kind of wanting to broaden the horizon a little.

What hatcheries do you recommend? Is there a reason you like said hatchery better than others?
Any hatcheries you DON'T recommend for any reason?

Murray McMurray is by far the best. very good customer service. order a catalog, they have almost everything!

Cackle. I live in the same town, have spoken with the owners, Purchased healthy and nice ducks and now have chicks. All very healthy. They mostly maintain their own flocks and tend to have fairly good stock- not super watered down like most hatcheries. They usually have good customer service and almost always throw extras in every order.

I ordered from mypetchicken just because they had more choices then Murray McMurray.

I think most hatchery's are decent.Some people order them across the country and think most of them will survive.You will get the best results if you order from a hatchery in your state.Just a tip.If you want your chicks to live longer buy from a breeder.

hands down CACKLE HATCHERY great customer service, more then willing to work with you should their chicken sexer's be having a tuff day. I think they give 6 to 12 month's for you to report if you get more then the allowed numbers of roos in your order.
