What is your favorite homemade jelly?

Okay.....What is your favorite homemade jelly?

Mine is Mayhaw it is the best. It is almost time to go pick a few gallons for this years jelly.

I love good old strawberry jam

Blueberry - but I have to strain it ALOT so that it has a smooth texture.

My favorite is wild grape jelly....the flavor is so good it makes tame grape jelly seem bland.

what is Mayhaw? That's a word I don't know...

For me it's a tie between quince preserves, strawberry jam, and apricot jam. All homemade, of course!

Apple Butter, not technically a jelly but it's always been my favorite

Not technically a jelly, because it's not strained, but orange marmalade. My FIL sends me Indian River oranges every Christmas, and I send some back as marmalade.
