Otis Redding, Sittin on the dock of the bay, or Gordon Lightfoot's, Sundown. Both are pretty old but always good. I enjoy most music except the new, alternative junk. Lately I have been listening to Itailian Opera turned up loud, while cooking but only when my DW & teenage DD are not around.
