What is your favorite spice?

Just wondering what spice you would put on everything if you could!

I think my favorite is Cumin, but Adobo is a close second. I use one or both on just about everything. I love them in chili and tacos and on chicken! Yum!

Cilantro is not a spice, It's an herb. AND it is nasty.

It tastes like dishwashing liquid.

My favorite spice (not really ONE spice but a blend of herbs ans spices) is "Chinese 5 spice"

And maybe salt....

Sweet: cinnamon (must be freshly grated)
