My Dh got the red roo from a guy at the flea market. His comb was already removed when he got him. I personally do not like to see them that way. But oh well. He is an ok Roo

They may have a little aseel blood in them, but they are definitely not pure aseel. More than likely they are American or Spanish gamefowl with some sort of "jap"/"oriental" blood added to the mix, thus the pea comb on them. Nice looking birds though.

The rooster is only 4 months old so he his tail hasnt developed, he is a slow developer compared to my Americauna, White leghorn and Jap Bantam roosters. Thanks for the info tho. I bought this pair as SR at the feedstore in a lot that was supposed to be 4 different kinds of Purebred games put all together. The feed store told me these two were Aseel's and that the lady that gave him the chicks sold adult pairs for $400 a peice. I had no previous knowledge of Aseels, never even heard of them before then. I was just trying to get a couple game hens to add to my standard Flock because all the game crosses I had growin up were excellent brooders. Since I got these I have been looking into game chickens. I am now extremely attracted to Red Shoulder white Yokohama. Gorgeouse! Gotta have some!

i wish my camera hadnt broke, I got a amazing 3/4 Red Fox and 1/4 Blue roo thats looks like whoah. I got about 33 little ones, 3 diff standards. Expensive birds, but I got them bc the guy didnt really have the room for them. Iam looking for more, so if anyone has any eggs...... Let me know.

Can I clear something up? That is the color the breed was first imported in and the most popular color variety. The breed is correctly called D'Uccle. There is much confusion to the name of it. Millie Fleur is a color not a breed. I hope this cleared that up.
