what is your favourite thing about raising chicks?

just want to know what everyone enjoys about raising chicks....mine is watching them play around

I love the compost they generate.
I've always been a gardener and the local stable closed so I needed another manure source.

After that, the eggs, meat and they are the easy way to clear a garden of weed seeds and bugs.

I enjoy watching how fast they grow. and the things they do. We had a moth get in the brooder with ours and they chased it around and around until 1 caught it, it was very funny.

Pulling my hair out trying to sex them and then trying to leep them from flying randomly into the younger chicks and plowing them down. After that the companionship, colors, and SHOWING THEM

Watching them run around the farm, listening to their noises, gathering eggs.
