What is your hatch rate when you buy eggs from Sheri Minkner?

Hi, I am thinking of buying some eggs from Sheri Minkner. What are your hatch rates? I live in VA, so she is very far from me. I know she includes an extra dozen anyway but i don't want too many chicks but I don't want too little. And does she include Showgirls in all of the eggs?
