Ok, my black Australorp that is 22 weeks old I believe is the one making the eggs. We have 14 hens but only 8 are at egg laying age. Well, I was just wondering what kind of eggs the Australorps suppose to have??? They are like extra small light brown eggs. The other 22 week old are buff orlingtons and bantams. I was almost wanting to say these itty bitty eggs where from a bantam hen, but "Raven" always seems to be by the nestbox when I find the eggs. Hmmmmm....maybe I need to set up the video camera--haha!
