The ones I have been to don’t know what kinds they are usually guessing.

Wow that's ridiculous on their part!

Yeah, they definitely do not know what they have... ever. But I got 2 - I couldn't leave them they're so small and look a little sick. The one isn't walking on his leg, but I'm gonna wait till I get home with them for better assessment.

They dont give them enough water to wash their mares out and they're looking stuffy.

Glad you saved two.
The one that is finding it hard to walk might have a vitamin Deficiency, try posting on the emergencies and Diseases forum.
someone there might be able to help out with that.
