What kind of artificial light for quail in garage?

My Quail will be going into the garage for the winter, what would be the best light to use once they're there? Would LED be ok?

My Quail will be going into the garage for the winter, what would be the best light to use once they're there? Would LED be ok?

I use a 75w full daylight spectrum led bulb (11w actual) in a standard fixture with a timer on it. I placed one in each aviary once laying diminished due to less natural daylight from the fall season. I'm back up to standard egg production. I got mine at Home Depot, a pair of bulbs for $19 and 2 fixtures at $5 each.
